1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, enquiries, and travel-related services provided by LaTrove Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to the conditions of any third-party travel providers, including airlines, accommodation suppliers, tour operators, cruise lines, insurance companies, rail operators, and car rental suppliers (“Travel Providers”).

2. Our Services

LaTrove Travel arranges and coordinates travel services including:

Flights
Hotels and accommodation
Holiday packages
Tours and excursions
Transfers
Travel insurance
Car hire
Rail and train tickets
Cruise bookings

We act as an agent for Travel Providers. Your contract for the actual travel service is with the Travel Provider, not with us.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to availability and may change prior to booking confirmation.

We do not accept payments via our website. Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

Additional fees may be payable for amendments, cancellations, or other services as imposed by the Travel Provider.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details for accuracy. Any errors must be reported immediately.

Travel Providers may require additional documentation such as passports, visas, insurance certificates, vaccination records, or personal information.

5. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid passports, visas, entry permits, and meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destination.

We accept no liability if you are refused entry or travel due to incomplete documentation.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change policies are determined by the Travel Provider

Fees may apply for cancellations, amendments, or no-shows
Refunds (if applicable) will be subject to the Travel Provider’s terms
Some airfares, hotel rates, and tour bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable
Our own service or administration fees may also apply

We will assist you with processing cancellations or refunds but cannot guarantee approval.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Insurance policies are subject to terms and conditions of the insurer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any act, omission, or default of any Travel Provider
We do not guarantee the performance or quality of services provided by Travel Providers
We are not responsible for losses arising from delays, schedule changes, cancellations, natural disasters, illness, accidents, or other events outside our control

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information for all travellers
Comply with all instructions from Travel Providers
Check all tickets, itineraries, and documents issued
Arrive on time for flights, check-ins, tours, and transfers

10. Data & Privacy

Your personal information is collected for the purpose of arranging your travel. We may share necessary details with Travel Providers strictly as required to complete your reservation.

11. Marketing Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving newsletters, updates, and travel promotions from us. You may opt out at any time via an unsubscribe link.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
