LaTrove started with a simple idea: travel should feel alive. Not just smooth or efficient, but interesting - the kind that makes you pay attention. After decades in the travel world, we grew tired of trips that looked good on paper but felt forgettable in real life. So we decided to do things differently.
We began in the South West of Western Australia, surrounded by dramatic coastlines, ancient landscapes and places you don’t find by accident. It showed us something important: the best travel doesn’t just get you from place to place - it stays with you. It’s wandering local markets after dark, early starts that are actually worth it and meals that stretch on with people you hadn’t met that morning. Those are the moments you remember long after you’re home.

As the founder of LaTrove, Jasmine brings nearly 20 years of experience in the travel industry and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable journeys. She specialises in both business and leisure travel, managing high-level corporate accounts while also curating boutique-style holidays filled with character and unforgettable experiences.
Her career began in leisure travel, before moving into the corporate sphere where she successfully managed accounts valued at over $6 million. After running her own corporate travel business through 1000 Mile Travel Group, Jasmine launched LaTrove with a clear vision: to gather a team of experienced, like-minded specialists who share her love for thoughtful, tailored travel experiences.
Jasmine’s own extensive travels shape the way she plans every trip. She has an instinct for hidden gems, intimate boutique stays and moments that go beyond the ordinary. Each itinerary is approached as if she were planning it for herself - with curiosity, care and meticulous attention to detail. Clients value Jasmine’s ability to uncover just the right destination, accommodation, or experience, even those well off the beaten path. One of Jasmine’s favourite destinations is Japan — a place where incredible food, rich culture, and the ever-changing seasons make every visit feel entirely new. A standout memory? Staying in a centuries-old tea house in Kyoto once playing host to Samurai. With its elegant simplicity, delicious food, traditional tea ceremony and views over a private garden, it was a quietly unforgettable experience - exactly the kind of journey she loves to create for her clients.
LEISURE TRAVEL SPECIALIST
With over 16 years in the travel industry, Natasha specialises in creating bespoke luxury travel experiences and unforgettable honeymoons, with a special focus on European destinations. Her career is built on crafting exceptional journeys, drawing on her deep expertise in luxury travel and her role as a reward points specialist.
Having travelled extensively herself, always prioritising elevated, high-touch experiences, Natasha brings a unique, firsthand perspective to every itinerary. Whether planning a romantic getaway or a multi-country European adventure, she designs immersive, personalised trips that truly reflect her clients’ tastes and travel dreams.

Originally from the UK, Cordelia built a distinguished career in London’s luxury travel sector before relocating to Australia, bringing with her extensive expertise in designing private villa holidays across Europe for discerning high-net-worth clients. Her refined taste and deep understanding of luxury travel ensure every itinerary she creates is both seamless and exceptional.
Cordelia is also an Africa specialist, having also worked for a well known Travel Agency as an Africa Sales Consultant. She has a deep passion for helping clients truly immerse themselves in Africa and Kenya is her favourite destination—she never tires of its sweeping landscapes, rich culture, stunning coastline and extraordinary wildlife. From luxury lodges to tented camps in the bush, she loves designing safaris that feel immersive and unforgettable.

She’s someone they trust wholeheartedly—more than a travel advisor, she’s a calm, capable presence who understands what matters most. An avid adventure seeker, one of Cordelia’s most unforgettable travel moments was sleeping beneath the stars in Jordan’s Wadi Rum Desert, sipping fresh mint tea with Bedouin tribesmen as they played traditional folk songs under the night sky. Always chasing meaningful, off-the-beaten-path experiences, she has her sights set on Costa Rica next.

Leanne brings over 16 years of experience in the travel industry, specialising in corporate travel management. With a background as a Corporate Travel Specialist she is known for her fast, efficient service and exceptional attention to detail. Leanne’s approach ensures that every journey is seamless, tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Leanne has a wonderful ability to know which questions to ask, right from the start, allowing her to fully understand each traveller’s preferences and requirements. This thoughtful approach helps her deliver personalised travel solutions that take the stress out of business trips and maximise productivity.
A history lover at heart, Leanne’s favourite destination is Scotland, where she enjoys exploring the cities and immersing herself in the country’s rich heritage. Some of her best travel memories come from living and working across the USA and Canada—experiences that deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and landscapes.
LEISURE TRAVEL SPECIALIST
With 15 years of experience across wholesale, retail, airline services, hotel contracting, and Qantas ground operations, Kylie brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for designing immersive, boutique itineraries. Having lived in Kenya for 17 years, she developed a deep love for Africa, safaring regularly in Tsavo, Masai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu, Naivasha, and Nakuru. Kylie still considers the island of Lamu her favorite place in the world, and has a deep appreciation for its rich Swahili culture, architecture, and cuisine.
Kylie specialises in crafting small-group journeys, prioritising unique experiences that connect travelers with wildlife, landscapes, and culture. She allows plenty of time in each itinerary for clients to truly immerse themselves, partnering with professional, personalised operators known for their reliability, friendliness, and genuine care, ensuring every holiday is seamless and memorable. Her approach is genuine and client-centered, always aiming to deliver journeys that exceed expectations.

While she holds a deep affinity for Africa, her favorite travel destination is France - she loves the food, history, art, wine, and diverse landscapes. Today she specialises in corporate and group travel, as well as domestic and international programs across a range of industries. Sue particularly enjoys coordinating travel for sports groups.
Sue’s approach is defined by her commitment to service, communication, and lasting client relationships. Many of her clients have been with her for more than 15 years, drawn to her accessibility, attention to detail, and genuine care. She partners closely with small to medium-sized companies to deliver seamless, personalised solutions that meet each client’s specific needs, always ensuring that every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Her own travel experiences, especially throughout Europe, have given her an enduring appreciation for culture, cuisine, and connection. From spontaneous day trips across the continent to exploring California’s vibrant cities, national parks and vineyards, Sue draws inspiration from the diversity of her travels, using that insight to craft travel experiences that are both efficient and inspiring.
